This project included the removal of bubble dome skylights and replacement with a new sloped roof transom skylight. The new skylight brings indirect light into the library from the northwest, northeast and south east. The additional height allows for the future growth of the trees and plants within the library space below.

GEN-PRO also completed structural upgrades to the existing C-Wing mechanical penthouse. The upgrades included removal of existing concrete block walls and installation of cold-formed steel walls complete with new insulated metal panels and a standing seam metal roof.
