This project included an extensive phased renovation and addition to bring this existing car dealership up to new Hyundai dealership standards. The new 8,600 square foot addition has doubled the showroom’s size, added a 4-bay service drive-thru with new customer lounge, and increase administrative storage space.

The new addition included cast-in-place foundations, steel superstructure, masonry veneer, high end millwork fixtures, aluminum composite panels, glass curtain walls, overhead doors, epoxy flooring, and site work for a new parking lot & car display area.
