This project was a design/build of a former music store to accommodate approx. 5,700 sq. ft. of retail banking & office space.

Work comprised of complete site redevelopment, including parking lot regrading & repaving, new large exterior wall openings, a new roof, PC350 framing systems, new Mechanical and Electrical systems and high end interior finishes.

Using a palette of birch, quartz, and resin panels cast with botanicals, the millwork in the space is highly custom and unique.  Mosaic tile adds texture and highlights key features such as a media / information wall and the backdrop of the teller stations.  Splashes of lime green on the walls and in the fabric of an oversized banquette bring life and vibrancy to the space, as do the bold geometric wall decals.

On the exterior, the front façade received sleek aluminum panels and a ramp for barrier free accessibility. Elsewhere, multiple layers of paint were removed to reveal the original red brick cladding.
