GEN-PRO was contracted to carry out all the demolition and site development work to facilitate the installation of a new 2,750 sq. ft. pre-engineered fabric storage facility for the University of Guelph. An existing steel-clad storage building was demolished prior to construction of the new building

GEN-PRO was responsible to provide/coordinate the Electrical and Mechanical systems that were designed to make the building operational. We were also responsible to manage changes from the client during construction due to zoning regulations
