Formerly a transportation truck sales yard, this project involved complete site development including remediation of contaminated soil, site servicing, site grading, hardscaping & soft landscaping. 

New work consisted of constructing a 5,000 sq. ft. 2-storey cold-formed steel framed building to serve as the new home for GEN-PRO.

GEN-PRO highlighted our commitment to sustainability by utilizing ‘green’ products, such as LED lighting, fiber cement siding, thin stone veneer, sprayed insulation, energy efficient in-floor heating, standing seam metal roofing, ERV units and a rainwater runoff control system.

The property also houses a small maintenance shop that GEN-PRO renovated and built an addition to match the larger building.
