Lakeview Wine Co. (formerly Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Ltd.)markets Niagara wine to liquor boards, grocery stores and licensed establishments throughout Canada in addition to export markets such as China, Korea and Japan. The business is located in the heart of Canada’s premier viticulture district, the Niagara Peninsula.

Work was completed during the winter months in order to be ready for occupancy during the busy season. Construction included complete site development including new site services, hardscaping, a granular parking lot and landscape improvements.

Specialty construction materials included sound masking, wall & ceiling graphics, granite counters, skylights, wood pivoting doors, glass mosaic & cork tiling, polished concrete flooring and tongue & groove cedar siding.

This new 3,000 sq. ft. modern state-of-the-art facility has become a popular destination for customers to learn and share knowledge, expertise and love of wine in an inviting place.
